Payment Policy

Effective Date: July 19, 2024

1. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including UPI, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the agreement.

3. Invoices

Invoices will be issued electronically and sent to the email address or WhatsApp number provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct contact information.

4. Refunds

Generally, we offer refunds for services only if there is a service failure or if specified in the agreement. We do not provide refunds if the service has been delivered as agreed.

5. Late Fees

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged on the outstanding amount, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding invoices or payments should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. We will work with you to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

7. Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
